Player Profile
Hitting
A bit under the radar last year, he led the Yanks in average, hits,
runs scored, and was second in HR's. Joe is one of the few returning
players for the Yanks and his offensive production will be sorely
needed if they are to make a serious run at a division title
Defense
Joe was a solid outfielder for the Yanks, sometimes playing third
as well. He tends to keep things very simple and rarely makes a
mistake in the outfield.
